This manual accompanied the delivery of locomotive GML-10 to Port Hedland in 1990. The unit  is a one-of-a-kind hybrid, being based on two earlier classes of Clyde-built locomotives. Its frame and hood-structure is essentially a V/Line N-Class, while its traction equipment and mechanical configuration aligns with that employed on Australian National’s DL-Class. Large (780 x 265) B&W glossy print of a Victorian Railways (Australia) V-class 2-8-0 Vauclain Compound locomotive. Built in 1899 by the Phoenix Foundry Co. of Ballarat VIC, to a Baldwin Locomotive Works (Philadelphia, PA, USA) pattern. I purchased this item from the Victorian Steam Locomotive Co. some years ago. It is unattributed. The VSLC intend to build and operate one of this class. $20 plus p&p (in tissue paper and mailing tube).
A New Zealand Railways train controller’s full-sized desk diagram depicting the Dunedin-Invercargill and Bluff-Makarewa sections in January 1967. Has numerous folding creases but is otherwise in original condition. The only marking on it is the pencil tracing of the Invercargill-Dunedin railcar service, train No. 166 between Invercargill and Clinton. Free (p&p only).
